Arizona Sycamore leaf ~ Copyright g. joder 2013

I came across this back-lit Arizona Sycamore leaf while hiking in Sabino Canyon this afternoon. It is amazing to me, after surviving many cold dark winters in Colorado, that in January in Arizona there are trees whose leaves are just turning yellow… I love it.
