winter bobcat
24Feb13
Near my old house in Colorado I would often see bobcats. I began to notice they would sit and listen, ears perked up, but eyes dreamily closed. I realized they were listening for prey underneath the crusty snow. These three photos sat in my digital files until today =0) Click the first two images to see two different videos of bobcat families caught by my trail camera…

Hi Greg, I’ve heard reports of bobcats in our neighborhood, but I have yet to see one here. Looking forward to that day. Nice shots!
Wow! Fantastic! I would love to see bobcats!
Spectacular!!!!
Beautiful. I’m forever fascinated by the markings on animals and how I imagine most people never really contemplate why things, be it animals, insects, reptiles…look the way they do. Take away the snow and that cat blends perfectly into the grass with it’s highlights and dark spots. My geek is showing, I know, but camouflage really is very interesting. Great shots as usual.
Love the Geek! I’m that way too. I see so much that fascinates me… I’m glad you and the others liked the photos =0)
Back at you! Beautiful.
